I believe these to have high SEO value (google looks at url name and also factors in length of ownership eg domains first registered days ago do not have as high a ranking as domains owned for many years) and potential product authority. Selling only as a pair as I used to used one as a website and the other as a blog. The existing websites have been taken down now though as I am too busy elsewhere to focus on this.
