Currently NZDF seem to be partnering with expensive advertising agencies to create “campaigns” that are focused on internal industry awards than in actual results and no obvious funnel from potential candidate to recruiting officer. These promotions then get orphaned once a new expensive and totally distinct campaign is launched.
